Sustainable heat generation for a residential development
Supply a development with renewable heat

The two properties were centrally heated by two oil boilers. These were dismantled, and a new 750kW gas condensing boiler was installed and connected to the gas supply. One of the properties was previously supplied with district heating without any communication or control. We have now connected the substation in the second property with a BUS system to heat the entire development more efficiently.

The goal was to intelligently connect the two properties to minimize energy consumption across the approximately 100m long district heating line. Additionally, given the age of the property and the size of the new boiler, a system separation was installed to protect the new gas condensing boiler from the existing building distribution network.
