Sustainable heat generation for a residential development
Supply a development with renewable heat

The two properties were centrally heated by an oil heating system and a substation. After the owners decided to switch to a heat pump, we developed a concept that includes a separate central unit for each house, each with 50kW heating capacity, four geothermal probes, and its own domestic hot water tank.

The goal was to move away from fossil fuels, present this idea to the non-profit owner, and calculate the financing.
