Building Automation

We focus on the intelligent networking of building technology and related functions. In addition to heating, cooling, and energy management, we use Loxone to integrate access control, garage doors, garden lighting, and other applications as needed. This creates a centralized solution with intuitive operation—without unnecessary interfaces or additional points of contact.

Service

If something in your building isn't working, we're here for you – even if you don't yet know who can solve the problem. Our in-house customer service team promptly handles malfunctions and repairs for heating, plumbing, heat pumps, air conditioning, and building technology. In an emergency, we are available 24/7. Plumbing

From minor repairs to complete bathroom renovations, we are here for you. For remodeling projects, we provide on-site consultations regarding possibilities, design, materials, fixtures, and appliances. Upon request, we can also coordinate tilers, electricians, painters, and plasterers – so your vision becomes a finished bathroom without you having to manage multiple tradespeople yourself.

Heating has been our core business for over 50 years. We plan, install, renovate, and maintain heating systems ranging from single-family homes to complex installations in apartment buildings and commercial properties. Our particular strength lies in areas where hydraulics, control technology, and various systems interact: we analyze existing systems, optimize hydraulics and controls, and find well-conceived solutions even for demanding renovations and difficult installation scenarios.

Planning

We plan heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems from the initial concept through tendering and coordination to final implementation. Our planners work in constant consultation with our execution and service departments. This ensures that our solutions not only work on paper but are also practical to build, operate, and maintain. We identify potential issues and better alternatives as early as possible—long before they become apparent on the construction site.

Photovoltaics

We view photovoltaics as an integral part of your building's overall energy system. Together, we determine the ideal system type, capacity, and storage size to match your building, consumption patterns, and future needs. We carry out the PV installation with selected specialist partners, while we plan and coordinate the complete integration with heat pumps, battery storage, and energy management systems. For specialized requirements, we also design and implement water-based PVT hybrid collectors.

Pellet Heating for a Church and Residential Building

For the new church building in Schwerzenbach, we worked with the specialist planner to install a pellet heating system combining different heat distribution systems and domestic hot water preparation.

A Private District Heating Network for Freudwil

Two Fröling wood-chip boilers with outputs of 150 and 60 kW supply houses and apartment buildings in Freudwil through a private district heating network. We installed the central plant, substations and complete connections for the individual heat consumers.

Cooling with Heat Pumps, Saving Gas in Winter

For a commercial property in Brüttisellen, we supplemented the existing gas heating system with two Alpha innoTec air-to-water heat pumps. They provide around 40 kW of cooling in summer and reduce gas consumption in winter.

A New Heating System for MS Helvetia

Zürichsee-Schifffahrtsgesellschaft commissioned us to replace the diesel heating system on MS Helvetia. At the same time, we solved the uneven heat distribution on board.

Two Buildings, Two Independent Ground-Source Systems

A feasibility study identified the economically suitable solution: the shared oil heating system serving two apartment buildings was replaced by two fully independent ground-source heat pump systems.

750 kW of Heating for Two Commercial Buildings

An ageing Viessmann twin oil-boiler system was replaced by a 750 kW Hoval gas condensing boiler. The new control system serves ten heating circuits across two buildings.

Eight Heat Pumps on One Shared Borehole Field

Four semi-detached apartment buildings are supplied by four decentralised plant rooms with a total of eight ground-source heat pumps. A shared field of 27 boreholes provides the heat source.

When a Heat Pump Is Not an Option: 480 kW from Pellets

For a listed property with annual gas consumption of around 1 million kWh, our feasibility study led to a 480 kW twin-boiler pellet heating system.

Heating for the House and Pool, Cooling for the Building

New ground-source heat pump enables domestic hot water, pool heating and free cooling to operate simultaneously.

Heating Replacement for a Family Home – A Simple Route to a Heat Pump

In a typical family-home neighbourhood in Dübendorf, we replace existing oil and gas heating systems with properly sized air-to-water heat pumps and coordinate the entire project.
