An air-conditioning system must not only provide the right output; it must also suit the building. These three properties required individual solutions: one location had no suitable rear wall, another called for a ceiling cassette integrated flush with the ceiling, and the third required the installation to disappear into a sloping roof. We developed the appropriate concept for each situation and coordinated the pipework, installation and service access with the other trades involved.
We supported all three systems from planning and trade coordination through installation and commissioning. We also remain the point of contact for maintenance and repairs afterwards. If a fault can no longer be resolved with our own resources, we call on the additional specialists available through our suppliers and manufacturers. This combines short response paths with extended expertise and creates the best possible conditions for a long service life for the equipment we install.
In Zumikon, we replaced the existing heat pump with the appropriate NIBE successor model. The new unit had to continue providing heating, domestic hot water and cooling from a very small plinth – and we also brought the faulty wine-cooling unit back into operation.

Two Fröling wood-chip boilers with outputs of 150 and 60 kW supply houses and apartment buildings in Freudwil through a private district heating network. We installed the central plant, substations and complete connections for the individual heat consumers.
With over 50 years of experience, we offer innovative solutions for your building technology needs – from heating and plumbing to modern energy management. Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
