Alongside the energy management system, we installed a multisplit air-conditioning system with four indoor units in this family home at Im Hüdel in Neftenbach. It provides welcome cooling in summer and can also be used for efficient heating during the transitional seasons. The installation therefore serves two purposes: cooling rooms on hot days and supplying heat when outdoor temperatures fall.
The four indoor units are integrated into Loxone. Each unit is controlled according to its room temperature, while the entire system can be managed centrally through the mobile app. This project illustrates part of our wider expertise: we install single-split and multisplit systems as well as large VRF installations with up to 40 units. We integrate air conditioning into building automation or supply the appropriate automation alongside the installation.
In Zumikon, we replaced the existing heat pump with the appropriate NIBE successor model. The new unit had to continue providing heating, domestic hot water and cooling from a very small plinth – and we also brought the faulty wine-cooling unit back into operation.

Two Fröling wood-chip boilers with outputs of 150 and 60 kW supply houses and apartment buildings in Freudwil through a private district heating network. We installed the central plant, substations and complete connections for the individual heat consumers.
